Our Pay As You Go plans are great for occasional Mobile users. Pay a small access fee of $1 a month and the rest you pay per use at some of the cheapest call rates around. TPG DSL (ADSL, ADSL2+ and Naked ADSL2+) customers receive 150MB of data per month (or 50MB for Non TPG DSL Customers).
Note : Existing TPG DSL (ADSL, ADSL2+ and Naked ADSL2+) customers must choose "I am an existing TPG Subscriber" and log into the online mobile registration page with your TPG DSL Username and Password to be eligible for the 150MB included mobile data - exclusive to TPG DSL customers.
Existing TPG DSL (ADSL, ADSL2+ and Naked ADSL2+) customers are entitled to obtain multiple Pay As You Go Mobile plans. However, only the first Pay As You Go plan includes 150MB of data per month. Additional plans purchased will include 50MB of data per month.

Important Things You Need to Know:
* Free TPG to TPG Mobile (only available for Cap Saver plans):
Free calls to any TPG, Soul or Optus GSM mobile between 8pm to midnight, every day, for the first 20 minutes of each call.
Included Cap Value:
Is the allowance available for use each billing month for eligible call types. Eligible call types included in the Cap Value are: National Mobile and Fixed Line, voicemail deposits and retrievals, National and International SMS and MMS and call diversion. Excluded from Cap Value are: premium SMS, Optus Zoo services, Third Party content, International, 190 calls, International roaming, and other Enhanced Services. Standard call rates apply for usage outside the Cap Value. Unused Cap Value is forfeited at the end of each monthly period.
Payment:
Monthly payment in advance for the monthly charges.
Mobile Deposit:
At the time of registration, we debit $20 that is kept as a deposit for all usage charges of the Pay As You Go plans or any excluded or excess usage of the Cap Saver plans (any calls, text or data that go either above your Cap value or are not included in your Cap Value, and may also include any usage at any time that isn't covered by your Cap Value, e.g. premium services or roaming services). If your deposit falls below $5 at any time, you will be debited an amount sufficient to bring it back up to $20. Your service will become inactive if our attempts to debit credit card/bank account to top up your deposit of $20 is unsuccessful. If you do not exceed your Cap and do not incur any charges that are excluded from your Cap Value, your deposit will not ever be debited. Any unused deposit is refundable when you terminate the service.
Included Mobile Data:
We recommend using 3G handsets with the Budget Pay As You Go, Premium and Executive Mobile Cap Saver plans to take advantage of included data.
Enabling and Using Mobile Data (GPRS/3G):
By enabling DATA (GPRS/ 3G), you are able to use services like internet browsing, email, navigation, downloading maps, checking the weather and other online services on your mobile phone. These services use data.

If you exceed your plan's Included Mobile Data value, additional excess data usage charges will be payable in accordance with the terms of the plan you acquire.

Data usage includes combined upload & download data transfer.

DATA (GPRS/ 3G) is enabled by default on Premium Cap Saver, Executive Cap Saver and Budget Pay As You Go plans.

Any unused Included Mobile Data in a month does not roll over into subsequent months.

The data usage records in the "Your account" section of the TPG website may be delayed by up to 2 days.
Charges for data usage on Cap Saver Plans:
Data usage on Cap Saver Plans is charged at 5c per 10KB session block, and displayed in KB format (1MB = 1000KB).

Charges for data usage on Pay As You Go Plans:

Charges for data usage will be taken out of your Cap, or, if the data usage exceeds or is not included in your Cap, from your Deposit balance. Remember if your Deposit falls below $5 at any time, you will be debited an amount sufficient to restore the Deposit balance back up to $20.

The Deposit balance could be restored multiple times a day if you continue to accrue data usage.

TPG will endeavour to warn you via SMS when you are about to exceed and have exceeded your Cap amount. TPG receives information regarding usage and displays it to you (via the "Your Account" section of this website) 24 to 48 hours after you accrue it. Therefore we are not able to immediately warn you about heavy usage. You are responsible for any usage irrespective of any warnings.
