IT Support Engineer (Cloud Computing)
Responsibilities:
Software support, Troubleshooting Desktop issues
User Management via Active Directory
Hardware and software support for computers, printers and other devices.
Support 100+ customers for related IT issues
Requirements:
Must have 2-3 years Helpdesk Support experience with a Service provider
Must have background in Win Server 2003/2008 Active directory, Exchange/Outlook, MS Office Applications
Must have excellent written and verbal communication
Must have excellent technical troubleshooting skills.
Candidates with Microsoft Certifications are prefered.
Background in VMware ESX, vCentre Administration, and Citrix is an advantage
