IT Support Engineer (Cloud Computing)
- Software support, Troubleshooting Desktop issues
- User Management via Active Directory
- Hardware and software support for computers, printers and other devices.
- Support 100+ customers for related IT issues
- Must have 2-3 years Helpdesk Support experience with a Service provider
- Must have background in Win Server 2003/2008 Active directory, Exchange/Outlook, MS Office Applications
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication
- Must have excellent technical troubleshooting skills.
- Candidates with Microsoft Certifications are prefered.
- Background in VMware ESX, vCentre Administration, and Citrix is an advantage
