Mobile Customer Service & Technical Support – Day Shift

Requirements:
At least 6 months call center experience in an international account is a must
Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Mathematics, Business or IT/Computer is highly regarded
Able to carry out various workflow procedures such as payment processing, complaint escalation, registration, renewal and debt collection
Must be up to date with the latest technologies and innovations out on the Phone and Wireless market
Knowledge in troubleshooting Mobile handsets and Wireless Internet connection issues
Knowledge in setting up GPRS, 3G and Wireless network connections
Can troubleshoot Internet connection, emails or other IT related technologies
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills including active listening
Experience in telecommunications or a Mobile and ISP account is an advantage
