Service Delivery Coordinator Corporate Services
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • dot-sqrClient notification concerning service delivery and completion.
  • dot-sqrCoordinate with Internal and External technicians for service delivery completion.
  • dot-sqrValidate network details to ensure service monitoring.
  • dot-sqrVerify provisioning details and service connectivity after service delivery.
  • dot-sqrConduct service testing to ensure service is within acceptable range.
Requirements:
  • dot-sqrAt least 1 year Call Centre Experience is a must.
  • dot-sqrCandidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in IT / Computer related course.
  • dot-sqrKnowledgeable in networking. Cisco knowledge is preferred but not a necessity
  • dot-sqrWith extensive knowledge of computer software applications especially with Microsoft office.
  • dot-sqrStrong verbal and written communication skills.
  • dot-sqrAttentive to details and accuracy.
  • dot-sqrGood interpersonal skills and able to work within the team.
