Service Delivery Engineer – Corporate Services
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • dot-sqrTo be the focal point of all communications with the customer during the project delivery schedule.
  • dot-sqrResponsible in providing customer updates.
  • dot-sqrMonitor provisioning order progress and coordinate with departments involved as needed.
  • dot-sqrEnsures service delivery is within lead time.
  • dot-sqrEnsure service is fully operational and meets service quality standards.
  • dot-sqrMinimum of Bachelor’s Degree in IT/ Computer course.
  • dot-sqrKnowledgeable in networking. Cisco knowledge is preferred but not a necessity
  • dot-sqrExcellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • dot-sqrProject Management Skills preferred.
  • dot-sqrExcellent stakeholder (Sales, Engineering, QA, OA etc) management skills.
  • dot-sqrAbility to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize tasks.
  • dot-sqrExcellent planning and scheduling skills.
  • dot-sqrAttentive to details and accuracy.
  • dot-sqrTechnical understanding of LAN / WAN.
  • dot-sqrGood interpersonal skills and able to work within the team.
