ADSL/ADSL2+ downgrade: a change to a plan with a lower monthly access charge *ADSL2+ plan change as a Downgrade, outside of contract, free of charge is limited to one every 6 months. Any subsequent change as a Downgrade within 6 months will incur a fee of $90. Contract restart: a new Minimum Contract Term (as defined for each ADSL/ADSL2+ plan) that replaces any previous Minimum Contract Term. Change of Plan special case1: If you are changing plan in conjunction with a relocation or reconnection of your ADSL/ADSL2+ service, a contract restart will apply as well as the applicable charges (see Relocation and Reconnection).

Relocation special case1: If you are applying to relocate your TPG SOUL ADSL2+ service to an area where TPG SOUL ADSL2+ is not available you have 2 options: 1. change to a TPG SOUL ADSL plan (with applicable charges and contract restart) 2. cancel TPG SOUL ADSL2+ service (paying out the remainder of their Minimum Contract Term up to $350) Relocation special case2: If you are applying to relocate or reconnect your service during the Minimum Contract Term and TPG SOUL determines that neither ADSL nor ADSL2+ are able to be provisioned at the new address/telephone number, your service will be cancelled and remaining portion of the Minimum Contract Term will be charged up to a maximum of $60. TPG SOUL Internet cannot guarantee the availability of ADSL or ADSL2+ at any location; however TPG SOUL can test for availability on active phone numbers upon a customer’s request.
The reconnection fee is levied by Telstra as their cost to reinstate your line to their standard telephone network and payable once your TPG SOUL ADSL/ADSL2+ service is disconnected. To request for a reconnection, please send a fax to 02 98500813 or an email to adsl_admin@tpg.com.au.
