It's not possible to accrue any excess data charges with 5G Home Broadband.

Moving Home Fee

Moving to a new address? 5G Home Broadband is only for use at the address nominated on your order, so you'll need to contact us to move your TPG service.
The type of TPG internet service may change based on what's available at your new address.

Cancellation Fee

You can cancel your 5G Home Broadband service by contacting us.

Cancellation Fee - No lock-in contract $0

Modem Non-Return Fee (NRF)

This fee is charged if you withdraw your order or cancel your 5G Home Broadband service within the first 36 months and do not return the 5G Home Broadband modem to us in Good Working Order within 21 days. You must use the prepaid consignment we send you for your return.

NRF for new modem (RRP $612) $17 per month remaining in first 36 months (maximum $612)*
NRF for refurbished modem $0^

*Example: If you cancel after 24 months, the NRF would be $17 x 12 months = $204.
^TPG retains ownership of refurbished modems so they must be returned to TPG within 21 days of cancellation/withdrawal.
